PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording apparatus certainly subjected to restoration operation without requiring adjustment at the time of the use of a restoration mechanism and reduced in the discharge amt. of ink and running cost. SOLUTION: The supply tube 17 and recovery tube 16 being two ink passages connected to the common liquid chamber 12 of an ink jet head 11 are connected to the ink feed-out part 13a and ink inflow part 13b of an ink circulating pump 13 being a first ink flow-out means. By this constitution, the ink discharge part 14b of an ink supply pump 14 being a second ink feed-out means is connected to either one of the supply tube 17 being the ink passage connecting the ink circulating pump 13 of the first ink feed-out means and the common liquid chamber 12 and the recovery tube 16 and, at a time of restoration operation, the waste ink discharged from an emitting orifice 20 can be made same to the ink supply pump 14 in flow rate. |
