<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a toner and a system for the production of a toner by which melt-sticking of a toner is decreased, wear of the inner wall of a production member is prevented, a stable system for the production of a toner can be operated, and the quality of the toner thus produced is improved and maintained. SOLUTION: A mixture containing at least a binder resin and a coloring agent or a magnetic powder is molten and kneaded, and the kneaded material is cooled and coarsely pulverized to obtain a coarsely pulverized source material for a toner. The obtd. coarse source material is further pulverized and classified to produce a toner. In this method, at least either of the inner walls of transportation piping to transport the powder material of the toner or the inner walls of a cyclone collector 3 to collect the toner product are coated with a resin essentially comprising polybenzoimidazole.</p> |
