PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten reliability with simple operation and at low cost by fitting a second member in its full length into a first member, then pulling out the second member with both hands always in contact with hand clips of both members, and fixing it into an optional relative position. SOLUTION: A handle has a bar member 22 that can be pulled out, a front grip 28, an inner pipe 26, and a sheath 30 adhering closely around an outer pipe 32. A lock 80 has a clearance between the outer peripheral surface of guides 96, 98 of a main member 82 and the inner peripheral surface of the inner pipe 26, and unless the force of blocking this clearance works, the members can be mutually moved. The outer peripheral surface 114 of a lock ring 110 is bypassed so as to slightly but positively come in contact with the inner peripheral surface 50 of the inner pipe 26. Accordingly, when the inner pipe 26 is rotated clockwise in relation to the bar member 22, the ring 110 is rotated from a concentric position in relation to a ring support cylinder 106, and the ring 110 enters in wedge shape between the support cylinder 106 and the inner wall 50 so as to lock the member. Each member can thereby be moved axially to each other and fixed with simple operation. |
