PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of ink and the generation of contamination when an ink tank is detached for discarding. SOLUTION: A seal 13 having a self-adhesive layer provided in the rear surface thereof is provided to a part of the surface of an ink tank housing 11 and, when an ink tank is detached from an ink emitting head, the seal 13 is detached from the ink tank housing 11 to seal the ink supply port 14 of the ink tank. |
