PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the mechanism of a power source for a fuse, lower a cost and facilitate storage and management by providing a plurality of coils arranged in the periphery of a magnet in a case provided in a spinning and flying fuse. SOLUTION: A revolving bullet 1 comprises a tube part 2 filled with an explosive and a fuse 3. When the revolving bullet 1 is shot, the revolving bullet 1 spins at an angular velocity and flies toward a direction shown by an arrow A. This angular velocityωis accelerated up to 10000rpm during about 10msec immediately after shooting. During this acceleration, a main body case 5 and coils 141 and 145 rotates about a central axis G at the angular velocityω. On the other hand, a magnet 11 is rotatably supported by bearings 6 and 7, it maintains its stationary state depending on law of inertia. That is, the coils 141 and 145 rotate about the magnet 11. As a result, the coils 141 and 145 induce an induced electromotive force. Thus, a power source 4 for a fuse built in the fuse 3 generates electric power.
