When an impact is given to a vehicle, it senses the impact. After receiving an impact signal from the impact sensor(10), the impact comparer(11) compares it with the pre-established value, and in case the sensed signal exceeds the established value, it outputs a high level impact detection signal. The control part(14) controls in such a manner a control signal is generated in the specific frequency band which includes the signal coded and synchronized by the warning signal generator(15). The transmitter(16) of the car phone transmits the warming signal in the wireless type signal. As the warning signal detector(18) installed in TV detects the warning signal in the wireless signal induced by the antenna(17), then the microcomputer(22) outputs a sound signal thru the sound volume adjuster(31) and the speaker(33).
