Dielectric ceramic composition useful as a raw material for global positioning system and dielectric resonator consists of ZrO2, TiO2, SnO2, and sintering agent such as MnO2, NiO and Sb2O3. The fundamental composition of dielectric ceramic material is Zr1-xSnxTi1+yO4, where x is comprised from 0.1 to 0.3 and y is comprised from -0.1 to 0.1 on the basis of mole ratio, respectively. The MnO2 is less than 3wt.% , NiO and Sb2O3 is less than 2wt.% are added to the fundamental dielectric material as sintering adjuvants and sintered at 1300-1600 deg. C under the oxygen atmosphere to give the title composition.
