The apparatus controls the vehicle accessories by a driver's switch operation, and lets the driver know the states of the vehicle. It compries a power source(10) regulating and supplying the elecric power voltage; the microcomputer(20) controlling peripherals by built-in softwares; a switch input interface(30) inputting various input switch situations into the microcomputer; an output interface(40) generating the output of the mirocomputer(20) into the accessories; a reset part(50) initializing the microcomputer(20) when the micoprocessor is operated unstably.
