<p>The invention relates to a process for composting and to a composter, especially for force-aerated stack composting. The composter consists of two composter units K and an extension part, which is coupled, where appropriate, between them and which forms a hermetic covering on the pile or stack A which is being treated. The composter is constructed so that it completely or partially covers the pile or stack A which is currently being treated and it is arranged to be transferred back onto an untreated part of the pile or stack A or onto a completely new stack A. The composter comprises a conduit arrangement J for the purpose of conducting air, water or the like through an aerator/agitator 5 to or out of the pile or stack A. The aerator/agitators 5 are arranged to function, in a transferable manner, outside the composter as well, such that they are connected once again to the conduit arrangement J. For the purpose of regulating the quantity of air, water or the like in a controlled manner, the composter comprises at least one measuring detector 7 and one operational centre 8. <IMAGE></p> |
