<p>Artificial spherical stones used for decoloration of cotton fabrics such as blue jeans are manufactured by molding a mixture of pearlite 50 parts, fly ash 50 parts, sodium silicate 80 parts, feldspar 7 parts, and soda ash 3 parts to give 5 cm granules, and the molded bodies are calcined at 900 deg. C for 20 minutes to give artificial stones having a specific gravity of 1.1.</p> |
