A device for expanding the graphical characteristic of a centrifugal compressor from small flow rates at the inflow to the compressor impeller, characterised in that it contains an opening which runs in the direction of the circumference of the inlet channel (6) of the centrifugal compressor and which extends in the direction against the flow from the inlet hole of the impeller (2), a stabilizing ring (3) being installed in the opening (5), placed under the impeller (2) and outside the main stream (7) of the carried medium, while the stabilizing ring (3) has on its circumference a number of blades (4, 4a), which are fixed on the inner surface of the opening (5).<IMAGE> |
