摘要 FIELD: control units, mainly for space rocketry. SUBSTANCE: control actuator uses a three-gear pump and a hydraulic control valve, including a bell-crank and tubular slide valves connected to it placed in sleeves made in the form of pump driven gears, furnished with radial holes. Made on the end of the slide valve on the slide opposite the bell-crank is at least one through slot, having width A determined by ratio A/B, where B - minimum connection strap between two adjacent radial holes of the sleeve on its inside diameter; the slots of one of the slide valves are registered with the radial holes of the respective sleeve, and the slots of the other slide valve are arranged against the connection straps between the radial holes of the respective sleeve. Arrangement of slots on the ends of the slide valve provides for a cyclic high-frequency increase of the throttling slot between the sleeve and slide valve at rotation of the pump gears, when the slot is arranged against the sleeve radial hole, and a respective decrease of the throttling slot, when it is arranged against connection strap B. These cyclic high-frequency fluctuations of pressure under the ends of the slide valves result in axial vibrating movements of the slide valve at a definite amplitude, which can completely eliminate the dead zone of the control actuator. Arrangement of the slot of width A exceeding connection strap B between two adjacent radial holes at any circumferential position of the sleeve connects the slot to the radial hole, which gives an increment of the throttling slot area by a constant component, which results in a power feed of the control actuator. EFFECT: eliminated dead zone.
