SUBSTANCE: claimed invention describes improved electrochemical process for preparing titanium tetrabutoxide and titanium tetraisopropoxide which are useful in the manufacture of highly pure oxides and homogeneous compositions based thereon. The claimed process is novel in the hydrolysis is carried out on integral metallic anode made of titanium at velocity of electrolyte flow of at least 5 cm/s in interelectrode flow. This makes it possible to attain stable electrolysis process without sharp increase in voltage at alkoxide concentrations of 35-40% and to reduce electric powder by almost two times.
