FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, seals of joints of rotary and reciprocating motion pairs. SUBSTANCE: the seal uses reinforced seal boot 1 of elastomer with an external edge, band spring 6 and a supporting member. The external edge has two narrow edges forming a cavity, the supporting member is made in the form of bush 3 with a bead and flange that carries seal boot 1; the contact surfaces of the supporting member, both narrow edges of the seal boot external edge and the cavity between them are coated with a compound, for instance "Surm-T"; a self-lubricating friction pair is formed with an antifriction film on the friction surface.
