FIELD: seal engineering. SUBSTANCE: seal boots of elastic material are provided with extreme coils of the axial spring flexibly compressed at assembly in radial direction, spring-loaded and non-ground, in cylindrical bores of the thrust ring and movable friction ring, and sealing along the shaft is accomplished by the seal boot conjugate to the movable friction ring. The load of the extreme spring coils flexibly compressed in radial direction is used to provide coupling and engagement of the seal rotary parts. EFFECT: enhanced adaptability to manufacture and simplified assembly. |
