The invention refers to construction, especially - to wall elements. It can be used in multi-storey building construction.The proposed panels, equipped with ventilation ducts, contain outer cover 1, formed by ceramic panels 2 with through going or impenetrable cavities 3 or concrete layers 13, connected between themselves, as well as middle layers 5 and 6 with a mineral-cement containing grout layer 4 and steel frame framework 8 and/or grids 9. Middle layers of the wall are made from hollow regular form ceramic blocks with inter-connected deviation and are connected to each other in order to shape the vertical ventilation ducts 10.
