摘要 FIELD: anticorrosive protection of pipe lines. SUBSTANCE: combined anticorrosive coat contains layers of nonmetallic anticorrosive material and metal. Thickness of layer of nonmetallic anticorrosive material is equal to 1.4-1.8 of maximum height of projections of surface roughness. To form this layer, use is made of solution at kinematic viscosity of no less than 1.5 sq. m/h and strength of adhesive bond of "surface protected - nonmetallic anticorrosive layer" of no less than 1500 N/sq.m. To form layer of metal, use is made of foil, 25 to 65 mk thick. material of foil shall possess more negative electrode potential as compared with material of surface protected and wetting ability relative to nonmetallic anticorrosive material and strength of adhesive bond of "nonmetallic anticorrosive material - metal" shall be no less 1000 N/sq.m. Toluene solution of silicon resins may be used nonmetallic anticorrosive material; aluminium may be used for metal layer. Method consists in preliminary treatment of surface and application of layers of protective coat. First, two layers of nonmetallic anticorrosive materials are applied which are then coated with foil overlapping them; subsequent shall overlap previous one by no more than 2.5 thicknesses of nonmetallic layer. Duration of time between application of viscous anticorrosive material and laying the foil shall not exceed 15 minutes. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
