FIELD: road building machines. SUBSTANCE: working member has frame with deflecting shield and smoothing out plate on which two vibration bars are installed by means of two rockers and hinge supports. First vibration bar in direction of movement is placed between shield and smoothing out plate, and second bar, in slot of smoothing out plate. Rockers are installed for rocking in longitudinal plane by means of support hinge joint receiving alternate pulses from synchronously operating vibrators. For this purpose the latter are installed on top of rockers and are connected with engine by means of common shaft and flexible transmission. Vibrators are installed on rockers for obtaining greater effort on second vibrator bar than on first one owing to corresponding difference in arms of rockers. Each vibrator can be made with nondirectional-action unbalance weight to provide better effect and make the best use of capabilities of vibrator. In this case vibrator is installed on rocker to align vertical axis of vibrator in static state with vertical axis of support hinge joint. In dynamic state, "rocker-vibrator" system turns into swinging vibrator with driving force acting onto smoothing out plate under hinge support which turns this part of plate into additional compacting device of working member. EFFECT: creation of matched compacting forces on vibration bars which makes it possible to dispense with roller without increase in weight of proposed working member by disconnecting vibrator from frame. 2 cl, 2 dwg |
