FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention focuses on building mortars and concretes for manufacturing parts from light and heavy concrete as well as for poured-in-place construction. Dry concrete mix contains (in wt %): Portland cement, 10-25; filler, 50-80; and expansion additive, 10-25; the latter being composed of volcanic rock, 10-60; gypsum, 18-28; dolomite, 2-7; plasticizer, 1-3; and microsilica, the balance. EFFECT: increased strength and waterproofness of concrete under high self-stress energy, and simplified concrete mix production. |
