METHOD OF REPLACEMENT OF INDIVIDUAL MACHINE AND PULLER UNIT FOR REALIZATION OF THIS METHOD

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method consists in replacement of one machine from plant including several machines interconnected together and mounted on common plate which is secured to floor through separate supports and through bedplate which is provided with seats for individual machines. To this end, metal frame is erected on which new machine is mounted to ready state, checked and aligned. Then machine to be dismantled is disconnected from machines and is dismantled from plate by hoisting facilities. Metal supports are introduced into seat and are connected with bedplate or with floor. New machine is mounted together with metal frame on metals supports by means of hoisting facilities and is connected with them after final alignment. EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
