FIELD: manufacture of hoses from polymeric materials. SUBSTANCE: the hose frame is made of runs of separate non-interlaced threads. The outer layer of threads is a system of longitudinal and peripheral threads. The longitudinal threads of the frame inner and outer layers have the same direction, opposite the direction of spiral, and the same angles of coiling. The peripheral threads of the frame outer layer system are arranged along or across of the spiral wire. Wire for the spiral is fed compulsorily by the metering device rigidly linked with the kinematics of rotation of the mandrel and movement of the carriage for application of the spiral; the metering device has an overrunning clutch; the distance between the spiral-forming device and the mandrel, and the angle of wire outlet from the spiral-forming device relative to the mandrel are adjusted, and spiral wire from the spiral-forming device to the mandrel passes between two parallel plates positioned in the plane of the bent axis of spiral wire. Longitudinal threads of the thread frame outer system are fed directly to the zone of application of system peripheral threads. EFFECT: enhanced quality and reduced cost of manufacture.
