The presented invention makes it possible to form lattice spaces within synthetic resin panel. Two conveyors are aligned at the same level apart from each other with a certain distance. Synthetic resin solution is supplied from the hoppers(4) which are positioned at the outer-top of each conveyor. Synthetic resin forms a layer(7) with some thickness on the conveyor, and the layer moves towards the center. A net(5) is added on the layer by guiding rollers(6) while moving. Lattice spaces are formed when the layer passes through a forming roller(10) which has lattice prominences on its surface. The layer with lattice spaces is cooled to form a half panel(7a). Then, the panel is carried to a gluing roller(12) by a guiding frame(11). The surface of the glued panel is melted by electric heater(13) to be glued with the other half while passing through conveyors(14,14a).
