The audio signal equalizer has a sub band part(10) which is composed of 32 sub bands. To the output terminal of the sub band(10), a multiply part(30) is connected. The multiply part(30) after frequency band signal is transmitted from the sub band(10), receives input of the corresponding weighted value from the storage part(20), multiplies it with the frequency band signal and outputs it to the subband synthesize part(70). At this time the weighted value is controlled by the designating signal outputted from the console(60). The address generator(50) which is connected with the output terminal of the console(60), receives the designating signal of the console(60) and outputs the corresponding address to ROM table(40).
