PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a main body device for IC card where the IC card operat ing with two different voltage can be used and malfunction does not occur. SOLUTION: A card insertion slot 84 into which the IC card operating with different first and second voltages can be inserted is provided. The respective cards are provided with different keys indicating voltage which is designed for the cards on one side. The second card has an identification key part installed in a specified identification position and a first card is not provided with the key part in the specified identification position. A switch 82 arranged on the first side of the body device 70 has an actuator 80 and the actuator 80 is operated by the identification key part corresponding to the specified identification position of the second part, and it is not operated by the first card which is not provided with the key part in the position. Thus, a circuit is switched in accordance with voltage for IC card. |
