PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a notice means in response to a speech destination by informing an abnormal end also to a manager of the image processing unit so as to select a simple speech content or a detailed speech content in response to the end status of a job and the notice destination when an image processing job is executed from an external device to the image processing unit and the image processing job is finished to be an abnormal end such as jam. SOLUTION: In the image processing unit 1001 connecting to an external device (work station) 1003, an operation section 1004 sets a notice destination as the result of job end, a speech content and a notice means to a storage device of a control section. When a job instructed from an external device is finished, a set notice means 1002 informs a set notice content to the set notice destination in response to the job end result. |
