PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable traffic signal device capable of accurately synchronizing plural devices and making one-side alternate passing be performed over the long period of time. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a reception antenna 1 for receiving radio waves from an earth satellite S including satellite time data, a reception unit U for decoding transmission codes from the radio waves received in the reception antenna 1, reproducing and extracting the satellite time data and outputting time data, a storage part 5 for storing a time table for turning a red signal light 61 and a blue signal light 62 ON/OFF, a signal light part 6 provided with the respective signal lights 61 and 62 and a control part 7 for turning the respective signal lights 61 and 62 ON/OFF based on the time data from the reception unit U and the time table of the storage part 5. |
