A data output buffer capable of preventing a damping according to an over-drive and a speed delay according to an under-drive from being generated in an output terminal thereof is disclosed. In the data output buffer, a pull-up load resistor means supplies a constant current to an output terminal which is connected between a pull-up driver and a first power source voltage. A pull-down load resistor means supplies a constant current to an output terminal which is connected between a pull-down driver and a second power source voltage. A means controls operations of the pull-up load resistor means and pull-down load resistor means to control an output driving force.
