There is provided an automatic speed controller of a numerical control machine for a machine tool, comprising a MMI portion (100) which writes out a program through a conversation window between a user and the numerical control machine, and gives a command for performing the program, and displays a state of a machine so as to inform the user; a numerical controlling portion (200) which calculates and outputs an acceleration speed, a deceleration speed or a constant speed at a predetermined period; a MMI controlling portion(201) which has a working portion(300); an interpretation portion(203) which reads the program stored in a memory(202) with a block unit so as to interpret the order of the user, and converts into a working data.
