By forming a collection chamber(206) between a square body(204) of a collection device and a card board(202), dust packed inside a packing(130), at the removal of each connection of a hose(117), may be transported to the collection chamber(206) and be accumulated above a collection part(204b) and the leakage of the dust from a dust room(112) may be prevented. Therefore the user does not need to clean up the inside of the dust room by the result of the increased durability of the motor.
