The drilling head passage is formed so that the surface sections (26-29) which point in the direction of rotation of the drill, have a vertical with an axial component which is aligned from the cutting edge in the direction of the drilling dust flute. The surface sections form dust transport active flat areas. The drill bit is formed by a flat plate which is accommodated in the drilling head in a diametrally extending axial slot.
