<p>An electrochemical biosensor able to measure hydrogen peroxide which is stable at temperatures near 37 °C or in excess of 37 °C for sustained periods of time and in biological environments. The electrochemical biosensor contains a thermostable peroxidase, preferably derived from soybean, and is useful in bioanalytical flow systems.</p> |
