Chromatographic analysis system with sample injected in elutriation medium

The chromatographic system includes measures for delivering an elutriation medium (1, 2) with a pump for injecting a sample in this medium from a sample injector, for conducting a mixture of the medium and the sample through a column (8). Also for carrying out an identification and a quantitative measuring of the sample using a data processor (10). The measurement is based on the component peaks occurring in the column. The system includes a pressure sensor (6) for determining the pressure of the elutriation medium in a delivery line, a pressure storage for the pressure value, which is determined at set time intervals, from the start of the measurement at the pressure transition data for each sample as a data record. With the measuring of an unknown sample, a selector selects the pressure transition data, which is to be measured using the previously stored data records. A comparator compares the pressure values of the unknown sample, determined by the pressure sensor, and the values of the pressure transition data items, which are selected by the selector and for determining a correspondence between both values.
