Drainage outlet device for a press for extracting fluid from solid materials, esp. from fruit or grapes, has a flexible core (3) covered with a filter bag (4) fixed into an outlet pipe (7) in the wall (5) of the press vessel by means of a locking system (6,11), where the novelty is that on the outer surface of the inner locking sleeve (11) there are elastically deformable locking devices (12) which have a larger outer diameter than the bore of the outer locking sleeve (6) so that as the inner sleeve (11) enters the outer sleeve (6) the filter bag is progressively clamped between locking fingers (12) and outer sleeve (6).
