NOISE ATTENUATION OUTPUT BUFFER

摘要

The output buffer is for controlling the on-timing of noise reduction circuit efficiently. The buffer includes a circuit(50) delaying input data for certain time, a NOR gate(10) receiving output of the circuit and enable signal of outside circuit, a pull-up/pull-down circuit(4) providing data to final output tap according the output of the NOR gate, a noise reduction control circuit(20) providing noise reduction signal when driving voltage(Vcc) greater than normal one is applied, and a circuit for reducing noise generation by forming current path between output and ground tap of the NOR gate.
