Balcony in which the columns (1) consist of several interconnectable elements. A number of plates (3) and building holders (2) are secured to the columns. The balcony platform (4) has a metal profile frame (16) made up of sides (10) and corner pieces (11). A sub-floor (13) is attached to the profile frame and a balcony floor (15) is added to the sub-floor. The plate holder (3) may have a T-shaped profile (9) with a tubular section (8). The building holder may have a fixture plate (26) comprising a fixed U-shaped support (27). There may be one or two gripping stays (29) over the support and, together with connected shell-like fixtures (28), have holder that is length adjustable and detachably fixed.
