The transporting device has two wheels (8, 8') on a common axle (A), and beams (4, 4') folding on two latch joints (1, 1') and connected by transporting tie-rods. The wheel and latch joint axles are aligned with each other. The latch joints are unlocked in the folded position. The beams can be turned in a single hand movement about an opening angle to engage the latch joints in the position for use. General-purpose locking joints can be used for the latch joints.
