The turning device has a template-type passage (21) in which is located a pair of bearing faces (22,23), the distance from one to the other being smaller than the largest diameter and larger than the smallest diameter of the spinning sleeve (2). The bearing face pair is placed in the passage in such a way that a spinning sleeve fed simultaneously to the passage by its large and small diameters, with corresponding orientation, lies with the large diameter area on the bearing faces. The sleeve with the small diameter in front tips around the bearing faces and falls downwards through the passage.
