The bag (1) with at least one ventilation point, to contain powder materials such as gypsum and cement. It has a further interrupted welded seam (9) at an unwelded section (10), parallel to the welded seam (8) at the edges (7) of the bag. At least one ventilation channel (11) is between the welded seams, leading to at least one ventilation opening (12). The bag is of a thermoplastic monofilm (15) or a laminated film. During the welding of the edge seam, a further restricted welded seam is made at a gap from it to give the ventilation channel between them, using a single welding tool.
