Stereoselective delivery of chiral compounds

A formulation comprising a biologically active material having first and second stereoisomer and a stereoselective excipient. The stereoselective excipient being capable of selectively complexing with the first stereoisomer such that upon delivery to a semi-permeable membrane, the second stereoisomer may selectively permeate the membrane. This will result in differential biological activity.
