<p>The invention relates to a device for determining the dissolution time of medicaments in pressed form, like tablets and capsules, (especially to DAB 10, 3rd Supplement 1994, or the European Pharmacopoeia or USP [USA]), consisting of a frame (1) with a central column (7) and a base (3, 10) having a plurality of holes (5, 5', 11) covered from below by a net (4) and in which test tubes (6, 6') are arranged upright inside the frame (1), into each of which can be movably inserted a disc (8, 15) to weight the individual pressed medicament. On and/or in the base (10) around each hole (11) there is an electric coil forming part of an electric oscillation circuit (17) and on and/or in the disc (15) there is a conductor loop (16) for damping the electric oscillation circuit (17) depending on distance, which together are connected to an electric supply and evaluation device (20, 23) to generate oscillations and assess the results of measurement.</p> |
