<p>The present invention relates to a method for the production of cardboard tubes with rectangular cross section. The method is characterized in that layers of cardboard coated with thermoplastic are heated and joined to each other by winding in spiral around a rectangular core during simultaneous formation of a tube. The invention relates also to an arrangement for the achievement of the method, characterized in that it includes a first means (20) for the heating of a number of layers (16) of carboard coated with thermoplastic and a second means (30) for winding and formation of the heated layers to tube (40).</p> |
