The present invention provides a telephone, which enables to secure an evidence for a criminal arrest by automatically reporting the emergence of a trespasser to the corresponding government office and recording sounds made in the actual scene of the accident. In addition to the conventional telephone having a keypad(5) for manipulating a telephone number, a handset(4) equipped with a variety of function keys and number keys, a wireless transceiver(14) for receiving a button remote controller(16), an automatic answering machine(6), and a communication circuit network(15) connected to an input/output port of a central processor unit, this invention further comprises a trespass sensor(2) for sensing an infrared emission object, a sensor driving unit(8) for controlling a power supply to the sensor(2), a set key and a reset key, which are additionally placed in the handset(4) and the button remote controller(16), for beginning and stopping the operation of the sensor(2), a microphone(3) and a microphone circuit(17) connected with the central processor unit(9) for recording.
