Machine for assembling screened resistors on a mass production line for making these resistors. The machine has an entry at one end for the tube material previously dimensioned and treated in conventional machines forming part of an automated production line, which material is transferred to the aforementioned machine via some primary feed modules. The machine has some means for gripping and moving the tubes, without displacing them upwards, some means for fitting the resistors inside, filling them with insulation material, and vibrating this insulation while the tubes are transferred, without needing dead stoppage times. At the opposite end of the machine is an outlet or discharge for the units consisting of the resistors and tubes, transferable to secondary modules located in linear succession to the primary modules that feed the conventional laminating and finishing machines that take part in the resistor production process. The machine is used to eliminate the sequence of operations that take place in a traditional machine for assembling screened resistors, such as a tube- loading entry, dead time of vibration and extraction of the loaders, which enables its connection to a continuous, automated production line. <IMAGE>
