PURPOSE:To facilitate the provision of a DC bias and to improve high frequency choke characteristic of a bias circuit and to attain small sized module by extracting a terminal lead of the bias circuit at the outside of an air-tight terminal in the vertical direction of a circuit board. CONSTITUTION:A microwave millimeter wave signal is inputted/outputted by connecting a coaxial horizontal terminal 15 horizontally to a microwave circuit provided to the surface of the circuit board 1 fitted to the bottom of a metal base 10. Moreover, the bias circuit is formed by an air-tight terminal 20 formed by the shield strip line on the same face with the mount face of the coaxial horizontal terminal 15 and in the vertical direction to the said terminal 15 and a DC bias is given from an external lead 21 of the air-tight terminal 20 to the semiconductor element of the microwave circuit through the air-tight terminal 20. Since the air-tight terminal 20 being the bias circuit is fitted on the same face as the face mounted with the coaxial horizontal terminal 15 inputting/outputting the microwave millimeter signal of the microwave circuit in the direction vertical to the coaxial horizontal terminal 15, the size of the module case is made small and the resonance frequency of the case is increased and no hindrance is given to the operation of the microwave millimeter wave at high frequency bands. |
