<p>An unvulcanized rubber composition is filled in a groove portion for packing of an enclosing groove portion formed between a peripheral side surface of a lower mold for diaphragm forming and an enclosing frame, and then, a diaphragm forming film is mounted on an upper surface of the lower mold, and then, an upper mold is coupled with the lower mold, and a portion of the diaphragm forming film that should become a horizontal peripheral surface of the diaphragm is pressed to the enclosing groove portion of the lower mold by a pressure means, and a heat treatment is applied in the condition where it is in contact with the horizontal top surface of the lower mold, and the packing is integrally fixed to a position where it becomes the horizontal peripheral surface of the diaphragm forming film, and the unvulcanized rubber composition for packing is heat treated together with the diaphragm forming film, whereby both the packing and the diaphragm forming film can be vulcanized at low temperature for long hours which is the most preferable vulcanization system, and as a result, the diaphragm of high precision provided with the packing of uniform width and thickness can be molded. <IMAGE></p> |
