The improvements to the invention comprise a process for the preparation of a diesel type fuel, mixing treated waste oil, ordinary filtered fuel oil and possibly at least one additive. In essence the waste oil is filtered, heated and centrifuged, placing it in a tank after treatment. The ordinary fuel oil is placed in another tank after filtering. The additive is placed in a tank after prior filtering. The components are then mixed. The invention comprises equipment for carrying out this process, which includes a computer which automatically controls all operations. The invention also comprises the fuel itself of the diesel type comprising the mixture of some 10 l of treated waste oil and 3 l of ordinary filtered fuel oil, and possibly at least one additive. <IMAGE>
