To provide a battery installation case which is available for easy installation and replacement of battery. The battery installation case consists of a installation unit(15) to install the battery(10) and a couple of contact terminals(11)(12) to make the positive and negative poles of battery contacted. The battery installation case having a cover(14) is furnished with a fixing component to fix one of the contact terminals moved to rear side when one of the contact terminals moves to a front or rear side according to a open and close status of cover, and is provided with a supporting component to maintain or remove the fixing status of the contact terminal by the fixing component. Thereby, it is possible to provide a rapid and smooth operation in the installation and replacement of battery.
