<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely form a resin lump piece in such a condition that a flange is connected to a flexible heat seal cover by a method wherein easily unsealable property and high seal strength are provided and heat seal by means of molten resin (resin lump piece) can be effected only on the inner side of the flange, and the strength of the resin lump piece can be made uniform entirely over the piece. SOLUTION: In a container body 11 for easy peel container, a thin wall part 25 is formed along the entire circumference of a flange 14 on the inner side of a plastic surface 22 of the flange 14 in such a manner that a step is provided with respect to the surface 22 of the flange 14. An inclined protrusion 24 is formed on a thick wall part 26 of the flange 14. If a flexible heat seal cover 30 is heat sealed to the body 11, the protrusion 24 is melted and formed into a resin lump piece and further molten resin of a peelable heat sealing resin layer 36 of the cover 30 is formed into a claw-shaped extended resin part so as to cover the resin lump piece so that the cover 30 is connected to the body 11 in a non-bonded or weak-bonded state.</p> |
