摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To turn fluid without causing any peeling even if the direction of the flow is changed by dividing a deflector vane straightening the fluid flowing inside a curved duct into a front vane, which can be advanced/retracted in the arc direction, and a rear vane connected to the front vane downstream side. SOLUTION: When a joint part of a duct 4 converging into a curved duct 3 is positioned on the outer circumference side on the upstream side of the curved duct 3, an inflow angle of the fluid in a front vane 1 inlet of a deflector vane makes an angle +θdeg. to a mainstream. In this case, the front vane 1 is rotated by +θdeg. in the arc direction, and an inlet angle is equalized with the inflow angle of the fluid, so that peeling in the flow in the inlet of the front vane 1 is not generated. If the joint part of the duct 4 is positioned on the inner circumference side on the duct upstream side, the front vane 1 is rotated by -θdeg.. On the other hand, a rear vane 2 is installed while being shifted to the center side of the arc as against the front vane 1, so that the fluid can be smoothly turned because the tip of the tear vane 2 enters the mainstream on the side side of the front vane 1, so that the minimum flow loss positional relationship can be attained in a double cascade.
