PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably extract a herb medicine without causing chelate linkage. SOLUTION: A heating element 2 is arranged on the bottom face of a container 1 made of glass or pottery, a holder 3 supporting a herb medicine is arranged inside, and the elution of metal ions into water is prevented when the herb medicine is extracted. The extracting temperature of the herb medicine can be freely set by a switch 7 turning the excitation of the heating element 2 on or off, a temperature detecting means 4 measuring the temperature of the water in the container 1, a temperature instruction section 8 specifying the extracting temperature of the herb medicine, and a temperature control device 9 receiving the information of the temperature detecting means 4 and the temperature instruction section 8 and adjusting the excitation quantity to the heating element 2. Purified water is fed from a water tank 5 mounted on the container 1 via a water purifying filter 6. |
